3D Printing
On-demand 3D printing for custom parts, brackets, enclosures, and prototypes. Bring your file or let us help prep the model for a strong, clean print.
Need a custom bracket, jig, enclosure, or quick prototype here in SWFL? We print parts locally for work, home, and hobbies across Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and the surrounding area – not just phone-related stuff. If you can sketch it, measure it, or send a file, we can usually turn it into something solid you can actually use.
What we make for SWFL customers
- Prototypes, fit checks, and small functional parts
- Brackets, mounts, cable guides, jigs, and shop fixtures
- Small enclosures, bezels, spacers, and replacement tabs
- Camera and drone accessories, RC parts, and hobby components
- Signage, display stands, and point-of-sale pieces for local businesses
- Props and cosplay parts that need clean detail
Most small parts are ready the same day or next business day, depending on the queue and material we have on hand in the shop. Larger prints and small batches typically land in 2–3 business days. We’ll give you a clear ETA at check-in and keep you posted, whether you’re right here in Cape Coral or driving in from Fort Myers or nearby.
We print in PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU and size the job to fit how you’ll actually use it: layer height tuned for detail or speed, infill for strength, and wall counts that don’t crumble the first time you drop it. Typical dimensional tolerance is about ±0.2 mm on well-designed parts. For tight fits, bring or ship the mating piece to the shop and we’ll test it here.
Have a file ready? We accept STL, STEP, and 3MF. No file? We can draft simple parts from a sketch or measurements for a small design fee. You’ll get a quick proof to approve before we print so there are no surprises.
Finishing can be as-printed with cleaned edges, lightly sanded for a smoother touch, or drilled/tapped where the design allows. Need hardware? We can add heat-set inserts or specific hole patterns on request. FDM parts don’t love extreme heat or harsh chemicals, so if your part will live in a hot car, under a hood, or around solvents (very common here in SWFL garages and shops), we’ll steer you to the right material or a different process.
Pricing is based on material, print time, and finishing. There’s a small minimum for single tiny parts. Send your file or a photo with measurements and we’ll quote it quickly and stick to it.
What we don’t do (and won’t pretend to)
We don’t print life-safety or high-load structural parts, and we won’t promise impossible tolerances on geometry that fights the process. If 3D printing isn’t the right answer for your idea, we’ll tell you that upfront and point you in a better direction.
