Traveling, switching carriers, or selling your phone here in SWFL? We provide legitimate network unlock services for eligible iPhone and Android devices so you can use your phone with other carriers at home or abroad, without shady workarounds or surprises.

Eligibility matters

To qualify, the device must be:

• Paid off
• Not reported lost or stolen
• Not under active fraud or blacklist

Some unlocks can be completed right here in the shop in Cape Coral. Others require a carrier request tied to your account. Timelines range from same day to a few business days depending on the model and carrier response. We’ll check your IMEI, outline the path, and give you a clear ETA before any work begins so you’re not guessing.

Your data stays put

Network unlocking does not erase your phone, does not jailbreak it, and does not affect software updates. We do not remove iCloud Activation Lock, Google FRP, screen locks, or MDM. We will not service lost, stolen, or account-locked devices.

If your device is account-locked, you’ll need to recover it through the original owner or carrier. If you’re not sure what’s going on, bring it by and we’ll tell you what’s actually possible instead of selling you false hope.
