Most iPhone models can be finished the same day, often in under an hour if the part is in stock and the line is short. Android turnaround depends a bit more on the specific model and part availability, but a lot of jobs are same day or by the next business day. When you check in, we give you a clear time estimate and keep you posted if anything changes. No vanishing phones. No surprise delays.

Every screen repair gets careful disassembly, a fresh set of seals or frame adhesive where applicable, and thorough testing before we hand the phone back. That includes touch response across the whole panel, brightness and color checks, proximity and ambient light sensors, and quick camera tests. If Face ID or the fingerprint reader is tied to the original sensor, we’ll preserve and re-install that hardware so those features keep working as expected. If the device came in with sensor damage, we’ll talk through options before we proceed.

Your data stays your data. Screen work does not require a reset, and we don’t wipe phones for this repair. If you can share the passcode, it lets us fully test the screen, sensors, and features under normal use. If you’d rather not, that’s fine too; we’ll do limited tests and then walk you through a quick check at pickup so you can confirm everything yourself.
